Any readers that will talk about pregnancy?

I know readers try to stay away from health issues, I’m just wondering if anyone has had a reading with someone who was comfortable with talking about pregnancy? I am early in pregnancy and just wondering if the reader will see anything regarding the pregnancy or gender or anything. I’ve had pregnancy come up in tarot readings but that’s the extent of it.
