It's definitely best to request appointments. I usually request multiple different ones and hope one works with her. It's way faster than staying in line.

In Keen (from mobile site), click on ‘Arrange Call’. On the confirmation page (where it says you’re number XX in line, approx wait time, talk time, and your phone number) there’s a Request an Appointment link under the ‘Arrange Call’ button.
