I set up an Appointment with Moira at 10am yesterday...  Called in 3 times at my given time (which is weird that they dont call you??) -- Anyway it kept telling me she wasnt available???   I called customer service and they were like keep calling she'll get it.  I said okay!  I called back and nope!   Than... it dropped off like I didnt have one?

   This morning I get an email that I MISSED MY APPOINTMENT and therefore Im charged -- it was $100...
Im PISSED!!!   They are dooijg an investigation....   the whole thing is sooo very sketchy!!!  Buyer Beware I will never call there again!
