Dreaming about your POI constantly??

Do any of you guys dream about your ex or POI constantly?

Does this mean anything spiritually to you or is it just an unfortunate series of events granted by our sub-conscience. Broke up with POI 1 year ago and can NOT get him out of my dreams. Smh.
Is there anyway you guys have managed to limit this, in that it has me waking up every day very frustrated and I just want it to stop
