Yes - of course, my tips would be primarily meditation. Staying centered in your emotions. Our emotions are the cause of the majority of this because if pure logic were involved a lot of us would not be doing this. Ive struggled in relationships because of my emotions, and what I found that kept me most grounded was just simple meditation. Everyday. Find space and time to yourself, put on a youtube guided tutorial, and just breathe. Know that our surroundings, relationships, everything around us is mostly out of our control. What people do, and what happens. The ONLY thing we can control is ourselves- our choices, reactions, and life. Meditation has trained me to think through my actions before I act out of character, and also helped me to stay calm, in the sense of "flow". What is is, and whats going to be will be. Knowing that other peoples actions are out of our control, and not a reflection of ourselves. If it werent for meditation I would be a slave to my emotions in emotional situations every time. Meditation has taught me to be in control and it is the most empowering feeling. When people say you choose your emotions, its not really true. You choose your reactions, to those emotions. Naturally whatever we feel is inevitable, but how we act on them is what holds the power over our lives. So meditation primarily, and just living life with love. Forgiving, at all costs. Not for them, but for yourself. Meditation has helped me in my obsessive phases of psychic readings, and also in my interpersonal relationships and life...staying in control. bee.23 what kind of meditations do you recommend/do? I do a lot of self love. I am doing a 30 day guided meditation challenge. Can you refer any others

Yes of course. I do a lot of “self love” guided meditations and “mindfulness” ones and “forgiveness.” They really help you tap into a space of clarity. If you look up those 3 categories on YouTube there’s tons to choose from. Also there’s 2 individuals I follow on YouTube who are spiritual and super positive. They have crazy accurate ‘pick a card’ tarot readings and great manifestation tips. I always watch their meditations as well- they attach the links to that info on most any of their videos in the description box you can find it. I’ve been using them and they are amazing! Very inspirational! Their YouTube names are LUMIERE and THE GEM GODDESS. Check them out for sure

I really liked what you said in purple and will definetly never forget that explination. Im gonna try your tips on guided meditation i just have ADHD brain and its really hard to simmer it down but ive been hearing about all the positives of meditation and sometimes i really just want to turn my brain down for a couple hours and relax. thanks for much for the tips.

Um no, she was Lisa on Psychic Source AND Scarlet on California Psychics. You gotta watch these sites, a lot of them are the same psychics just different names.
(PS lets you use older pictures, CP requires more recent ones so their hair color and etc may be different)
In commenting just now, I went to look for her on Psychic Source to confirm the name and she is gone, LMAO. I guess they kicked her butt off there for being all around a terrible person.
There is so much tea I want to spill on the BACKSIDE of being a psychic on these sites, but I may save ALL that for another day. I will say the pay is total crap. So you are paying the site X dollars a minute and some sites will only pay you maybe .40 cents on the dollar of the minute rate they set you at...

please spill the tea! cause i have so many questions especially on keen like when i go over some of the advisors profile and im like " how have you been an advisor for keen since 2013 but you only have 3 readings?" so much just doesn't make sense about that site to me. but I never knew what the psychics get back was so little cause in my head i felt the psychics were keeping at least 60% of their profits. And Scarlet or lisa or whatever her real name is really needs to retire, her and nicole4sees are 2 of the rudest psychics i have come across.

Hello Tryingtoheal- just curious: I know some time has passed but has anything changed or have any of the predictions come to pass since you originally posted? Back in 2017-2018 I had a bunch of readings and stuff didn't pass at the time or even within the timeframes predicted but it eventually did. Wondering if that may have been the case for you.
