How do you know when a reader blocks you?

The way I can tell is that when you try to call/chat with an advisor, it brings to an error page that says the advisor is unavailable and invites you to "try many of our other advisors!!" something like that. Also if you're using your laptop/desktop, it'll show the word "blocked" in the web address. Also! If you try and ping them it doesn't go through (though, I think this could be incorrect because the advisor has to have ping set up first in order to receive pings, but I do know that if they blocked you, you can 't ping them)

Thank you! That’s exactly what happened when I would try to chat the advisor but since I was using the app it didn’t show blocked and just the error message. I haven’t seen this advisor online since so I believe there’s a chance I may be blocked. Not sure why she’d do that since I’ve never spoken to her
