According to her website:
Before booking if you are not on eastern standard time the system will ask you if you want to convert to your time zone. If you select yes, your appointment time is based on your time zone.

Yeah , mine said that , so I went through as I’m on EST too and when I clicked 11:30 it says “ time is gmt (-4:00)
Which I was then confused at and didn’t book
