For future reference: she takes notes. You could hear her pen and paper on the call. She also just repeats questions and fills in the blanks.

I never read with her but 90 % of CP readers takes notes. I do and dont mind at the same time, as long as they accurate. I hear them typing, writing!
In my opinion once they ask me for my name and date of birth, I already have in mind that they will be taking notes.  :/
