Who here has experience with this system? I can't log in, it says my account is on hold and I am this close to talking to an advisor. I am losing it. Help?

I was already getting the your account is on hold message on line but when I called the line I was able to access the account and I added balance from a different payment method and after that boom on hold again. Now, I can't access it all. And yes, they are online Mon-Fri during my office time like so not comfortable. But I will contact them tomorrow. Thanks, Fluttershy!
