Any updates? I just took a look at her website and you have to provide a lot of personal details like full name and full address (not payment-related). She is also rather expensive (for me) so I'm hoping to hear more feedback before I make the decision :)

That is completely suspect to require a full name and address. A reader doesn't need that information unless they're going to google you prior to a "reading".
