I feel like i seen this question answered multiple times here but again u will know because a error message will pop up and tell u to choose another advisor. If u send them mail it will be very direct and say ur message is blocked.

It's very sneaky, nothing says "YOU'RE BLOCKED," it's a weird screen that says something like "Oops! Something went wrong" - had it happen to me once, I called customer service and they said oh yeah you got blocked. I don't know why they're so coy about it.

I got the error message a few times but then when I tried again a few minutes later or maybe the next day or whatever, I was able to get through.
So sometimes the error message is not because they blocked you.
