That means nothing until they say, "I do". My brother was engaged. 6 weeks before the wedding, he called it off. Yes, the timing has passed but not to give false hope....weddings, dates, marriage, all mean nothing these days. People don't treat marriage the way it should be and monogamy is very hard to come by these days. It's sad.

Well, we will see then . The wedding is in Autumn this year . So it's not a long way to find out

That's disappointing, but the other poster is right, nothing's final until it's final. Even then, a piece of paper means nothing if someone's not emotionally committed. But I understand where you're at.
