Keen insisting on adding funds?

I went to schedule a call and keen is insisting that I add to my account and won't let me schedule the call without it. I already have $40 in the account. Why do I need to add more? WTH?

Sometimes when you call an advisor and they try reaching out, it happens. You need to wait for. Few minutes before trying it again.

It didn't let me schedule the call at all. Just took me to the page to add more funds, like it does when there's not enough in your account for a call.
