This. Especially when they're so deadset on being immature penises about it. I once accidentally put through like 400 dollars into the account. You know when you're in check-out, and you want to get some more information, on the "next page" before paying? Yeah, I thought there would be another chance for that, and I hit the button, and I was like, "Welp." So I got my money back. They worked well with me. And especially in their case, complaining about the advisor, and their immature penis-y tendency; that should be more than enough for the support team to say, "That is NOT okay" and give your money back.
