Chat is so buggy!

I had trouble connecting to an advisor but we finally did, then it abruptly disconnected us after about three minutes! She messaged me that she reported it as a technical issue. Omg. It was while waiting for an answer to a burning question too!  :-[

So did she answer your question though the email?

No.  :-\ We did message back and forth and were able to reconnect through chat though so we finished the reading.

I've noticed I've gotten cold readings via chat.

With advisors who had given me voice readings that came to pass before.

Maybe they have a hard time connecting without a voice, and they just make stuff up or copy and paste an answer.

Same - I've had the exact same experience. Too easy to give generic answers ...
