How long have you hated your mother?
I mean if you're going to ask loaded questions, at least make them good ones. Taking notes is completely useless. You lose 90% of the reading. I call once a month. I listen to my readings again a few days later and revisit them again in a few months. IDGAF if the readers are ok with it or not. I paid for the reading.

I agree about the notes. I remember someone here mentioning they had notebooks full of notes..yeesh. I think re-listening would be a much better way to determine accuracy. But maybe that's because I take crappy notes LOL.
I like re-reading the transcripts too. I went back and reread some of mine from earlier in the year and was able to see how wrong some readers were.
