I agree on this, man I need promotions too LOL. After spending so much, I havent really gotten any in emails and now I wonder why. May be because I havent spent anything significant since 2014 onwards; I checked my monthly spending in last year it was about 75 per month, which is decent but still feel guilty. But I wish I hadnt spent anything like that in 2013-2013, could have gotten me a brand new car.

Seriously, Keen is stingy as F! They need to start flowing with their promotions and give us more for being loyal. I would be accepting of some sort of frequent buyer program. Those crappy three mins are for newbies only, so the repeat clients need incentives too. Shysters!

No kidding...after all the money I spent with them (most of it WASTED) and others have spent we all deserve more promotions. I rarely call anymore unless they send me a promo.

I sent an email to Dawn last night from her private site.  She just responded and said to tell her how many minutes I want and that I can pay through pay pal.  So it sounds like she is willing to do less than 15 minutes.

I like Dawn - I don't think she is very accurate with predictions but I enjoy chatting with her and she is good at knowing the emotions of the people involved.

If the reviews on Keen are all "Thank you" or "I feel so much better" or "Very kind reader", that might look good but it doesn't tell us anything.

There was an older gentleman I used to call on Keen, years and years ago, when I was super stressed out.  It was like having a grandpa to talk to.  I'm sure he wasn't psychic and I could have cared less. He listened and gave pretty good advice.  They should bring back some of their old categories again.

Dial a Grandpa. That's a valuable service. I miss mine. He always knew how to fix things, whether it was plumbing or when to tell someone to go EFF themselves.

Oh, I agree! I didn't mean that that isn't a valuable service. Just that those types of reviews don't give any information about if the psychic was correct or not. If they had even just one category that was like, "life coaches" or something like that to be a catch all for all the therapist types, I think it would be really beneficial. There are different times that call for each type of call. It would just separate the categories better so we would know which type of advice we were getting.

I agree, would love to talk to someone from old category only if it was less than 1 pm and if I was in anxiety or if I needed advice on some daily matters..but it should be less than 1 pm, not paying for a psychic here..

Like these people here?

They don't appear to make much money or if any, since people are not willing to pay to just socialize.

My life is like a hamster on a wheel.  I think I have had 3 days off in the last 4 months.  Just talking with him when I was completely overwhelmed was very calming.  He made me feel like I could breathe again.  I think he was $1.50 a minute.  It was completely worth it.

No this site has not.

So I have a Keen psychic account not to read people, but just look at the forums and what they say about us. So I know a lot of the secrets because
I befriended a man there, let's call him "Steve" after he called my personal phone because all the psychic frauds were crying about my honesty and they were debating on cancelling my account after "a coup". He quit 2 years ago but will give me the scoop if I ask. Probably.

SO, this is straight from Keen's mouth and charts with money and the forums:

When we bash readers, their followers usually call them more to flush the feedback away (God forbid they have invested in a fraud). They see it as you bashing their choice as well. Psychics end up breaking even or get more money. Or clients assume you can't handle truth which makes people want to call more. Sometimes people want to gamble and see if they will get great news and a great reading because if psychics give bad readings and yours is great - well yours is even better! It's more valuable when others are unhappy.

Also have you seen what they are doing now? My gorgeous 1 stars are hard to find.

The psychics also know of this site and compare notes with each other with who you guys are and have said they befriend some of you in private IMs or read your stories on here and that's how they get the scoop. That some of you for minutes or money reach out to psychics and doxx people on here. I'm not only floored they go this low but the fact they openly admit it. I'm not saying any of you do this, but a few readers have said as such.

There is also a private Keen group for readers I don't have access to. They make the readers write something on their profile to see who is a legit reader and who is sneaky like me! LOL. So I can only imagine what they do on there.

Refunds Keen gives you credits back to spend but the reader never loses the money. Keen feels if anything the more readers you go to the more you will spend. So every time you get a refund they feel they'll make it at least 10x over because you are investing in someone new. They want you to move on and find another reader to start off with.

The bidding online fee is 90 days. So if you click on their profile more than once every 90 days they do not lose bidding money.

At the end of the day, bashing is public so other psychics will refuse you but the psychic might just get a jolt. They deserve the chair, at least some of them IMO.

Haha Realist is here. I've read your reviews over the years. You are a favorite on the Keen Bashers board. I wish more reviewers left reviews like you.

So, Realist411, do you still call Keen?

I too am a professional and respected in my field.  God knows I would die if anyone knew how bad my addiction is and how much I have spent over the last decade (although I am getting better).   But bashing has just never been my style.  I figure that if I am stupid enough to continue with such irresponsible behavior that I must pay the price and the only person to blame is me.

The best Psychic I ever had the pleasure of knowing only did in-person readings and he had a three-year waiting list.  As soon as I would have a reading I would book my next appointment and wait my three years.  He was great, but he died and I picked up with Keen.

Anyway would love to hear if you are still on Keen or if you have gone to another site.

What is considered bashing? leaving one bad review would push people to these lengths?

I have only had two readers reach out to me after a bad review, one insulted me in an email so my mind is going directly to her.

Anything not favorable to the psychic is considered bashing. Seriously.

There is no real room for honest/truthful reviews on that site.
