Honestly, I don't think you need a psychic.  You need to write an apology addressing all the things you did here, wait 2 - 3 more months and mail it to her if she hasn't been in touch with you by then.  Two months of no contact really isn't a very long time considering all that happened, especially if she has other stuff going on.  Just my two cents.
