I'm guessing you have to find her address and bang on her front door. She's never on when she says she will be.
On a side note, you're not missing much. She hasn't gotten anything right for me. But I guess she's worked for others...

Yeah I'm 1st in line for days now, she's never on when she sends emails out many times that she will be on. I kind of want to just get a refund of the money I added just to talk to her
