I don’t know if it’s just me, or if it’s keen, but whenever I try to call her the phone would ring for a while and then it would say something along the lines of “this advisor is not available at the moment” and then it would show that she’s away. I have the same issue with Jade.

those of you for whom LOL's timing has worked or has been pretty close, is it when she gives the exact date/month or when she says something like within 2 wks? I'm wondering if there is a pattern to it. thanks
