I think she takes break after each reading. Whenever she is busy and then appears on chat for few seconds, if I click on chat I rarely connect, but if she appears on chat after she has been away then she accepts the request

Does this reader work anywhere else than Keen? She's never on and the few times I catch her I can't seem to connect with her.

ive had a difficult time catching her too...she used to respond to my emails and hasn't lately. also, its like she selectively reads for people as the same people always leave feedback on her page.
