do readers network with each other and share callers' situations/issues/ questions etc ?

@Jjj yes, we can take notes on all our callers. We all have customer lists. Each customer has their own page that tells us the date, time, duration and cost of the call, and how many times you have called. It also shows us your rating and feedback. It gives us a space to take notes on the call as well.
