I've called her off and on for two years regarding my workplace.  She has been accurate in her read of all the people I work with. So, she has been a good empath for me in terms of describing the personalities of the people I interact with.  She's never seen a job change for me (even though I continue to look and seek one).  There have been no words to cause false hopes.
