Thank you!  It's really not all that stressful right now - the insurance company is taking care of things and the other driver doesn't really have that much of a case anyway.  But I dread the possibility of having to do a deposition or worse having to go to trial.  I get really anxious in situations like that and tend to start stumbling over my words.

If this other driver wasn't being so greedy, this would have been settled two years ago.
