Just updating, one of her predictions from a while back is starting to happen. She said if we were to buy, it would be a lease purchase and be near a small body of water. We just saw a property like this, although no final decisions have been made about it. I do remember her predicting this out of the blue when I was asking her another question.

Exposed:
This advisor is overrated, because of online PR. I asked when will I pay, and she mentioned on a monthly-basis, and I'm scheduled on the weekly-basis. Every answer to previous questions she stated before that answer is questionable.

She reads from cards, but I think she likes to 'add' sugar.

I call it cold-calling or creative-crafted garbage.

I think it depends on the day you catch her. I've had crap reads with her, but there have been other times where she has been incredibly, clear and detailed. I got more specific
predictions akin to the lease purchase I posted about earlier. She has sounded drunk and confused at times though.

She was nice. I read with her 2 times before last year. None ever transpired, and she was serious.
