Having a hard time getting in touch with her. It's like with Lotus, it says she's on, you try, the full minute goes by and nothing then it says she's off. And she is. Then she got back on, I thought oh, she's back so I tried again and the same thing happened. I read her profile, it doesn't say if you're new to email her first. ???

This exact same thing has happened to me too in the past and I am not sure why she does this?? Strange
