I was curious about this reader and broke down and tried her. I changed my typical question to start readings off, and just asked "what do you see coming up for me?", of course I was thwarted because the very next thing she said was a question, "Romance? Job or what?". I answered "romance".
I received the following information. It shows an old flame will be back, (and she explained that's what it means when she gets a Jack on top of a Jack in the cards) and he is a friend, very smart and friendly and very handsome, and makes pretty good money, and might be in charge of a business in some capacity.
I asked for timeframe...her answer was that he is going through some changes right now and probably within the next 2-3 weeks - but then she changed the timing to 9 weeks for anything to develop between us, but that I would be hearing from him in 2-3 weeks and that he would be checking out how things are between us before moving forward with a plan to return.
Sound similar?
I have to say that some of the things she said seemed to be right on...and I'd like to think it was accurate, but there were other things shared in the reading like a description of hair color of people involved that I thought was accurate, but after putting down the phone I thought about it a little more and when she said "I see someone with blonde hair and someone with dark hair and someone with auburn. Which one is which?" Well, did that not cover the entire spectrum? What color was missing? Wouldn't that apply to anyone?
Call me a skeptic perhaps - but I wonder just how boilerplate my readings actually are!!

This reading actually sounds pretty generic. I can't comment on the things she said that were accurate, but what you've shared here wouldn't blow me away at all if I was receiving the reading. The description you received about the person from your past would apply to someone from my past, too. We don't generally want to get back with past loves who we didn't deem to be handsome and anyone can fall into the category where they are in charge of a business in some capacity... I could make that fit for either of the past men I've called about.
For me, she provided some very specific information that she couldn't have simply guessed. She told me something this person has commented on (and it's not something generic or common), so that made me feel as if she was definitely connecting to my situation. I do think some of the stuff she has told me she has simply pulled out of her @$$, so that bugs me. I think she does have a gift, but she may not be 100% truthful in her readings/might make some stuff up. That's just the impression I get when reading with her; I have nothing concrete to confirm that. Either way, she has been accurate on contact for me twice, so that's a better record than a lot of readers.

Yes, I feel a large part of my reading could apply to anyone - or at least lets say that she had a 50% chance of it fitting anyone. After all if someone is calling about romance, it is either because of a break up or because of a relationship that is not moving forward the way it was anticipated. Would there be another reason for a call on romance?
I told her nothing during the call, but she did mention something that was so particular to my situation that I don't know that she could have made that up and she picked up a particularity that is not at all general.
So, while some things could pertain to anyone's situation others were very specific. I'm on the fence with this one....

Syn, out of curiosity how did you word your question to her? I ask because I too feel Barks reading is generic and maybe the way you worded your question could help out?
